In this role, you will support compliance within community services programs, maintain accreditation, and drive quality improvement initiatives. Your work will ensure the highest standards of service delivery through auditing, incident reporting, and health and safety compliance activities.

- Ensure service compliance with all regulatory and accrediting body standards.
- Support accreditation processes and track remediation plans.
- Conduct audits and provide quality improvement recommendations.
- Manage incident reporting and ensure proper documentation.
- Oversee health and safety compliance assessments.
- Facilitate training for agency staff on best practices.
- Provide quality oversight of data entry and documentation.

- Bachelor's degree in human services, social work, or related field.
- Two (2) years of experience in human services, preferably with individuals with disabilities, brain injury, or mental illness.
- Equivalent of (6 years) combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Valid driverβs license, reliable vehicle, and ability to pass required background checks.
