Minimum Qualifications
Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in nursing, healthcare administration and/or healthcare leadership or Doctor of Education (EdD) in nursing, healthcare administration and/or healthcare leadership or Doctor of Health Science ( DHS ) or Doctor of Clinical Laboratory Science ( DCLS , DMLS ) OR Other doctoral degree or medical doctorate (MD/DO) AND 18 graduate semester hours of coursework in healthcare administration, healthcare leadership, and/or medical/clinical laboratory science with MLS CM credentials AND 3 years work experience in healthcare leadership/administration or a health profession AND Excellent written communication
Preferred Qualifications
(Applicants should provide evidence of preferred qualifications in their application materials) Demonstrated scholarly productivity, active participation, and service in professional organizations, interprofessional activities. Evidence of contribution to curriculum development Participation in outreach, recruitment and community engagement activities is highly valued. Quality improvement/risk management work experience or credential such as Six Sigma, CPHQ or HCQM , CHRM , CHS . Graduate coursework in biomedical/healthcare ethics. Experience writing proposals for research, publication and/or grants. 2 years post-secondary teaching experience. Online teaching experience. Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
